The "Always Wear a Camera" Calfskin Camera Strap Model "Yosemite"

I like many camera straps, and I have quite a few. But then sometimes I want something made just for me. That's how I made a few camera straps that you can now also get. The first one is the Black Calfskin Orange Edge strap that is 15mm wide and 125cm long, made of 3mm soft calfskin leather.

The Yosemite strap is the most no-nonsense, simple and practical camera strap I make. If you like simplicity made in extreme quality that you can feel whenever you tought this strap, it's the right one for you.

I like simple things
A strap of exquisite quality, soft and discrete. A metal ring in each end to connect to the camera strap lug. The exact right length to have across the chest. Doesn't stick to the shoulders, doesn't slide too easily. With a handpainted orange edging to make it special, and a silver stampled "ALWAYS WEAR A CAMERA" that whispers to you in the morning. That's all.
No metal or plastic adjustment rings, no fancy stuff added. No adjustment is needed for a strap that was made the right way.

Simple design that makes sense: I love good design that is both simple and practical. It has to fit in and support other things, not make noise with extreme over-design. This is the reason for my ventilated lens shades, desk blotters and the camera straps I make. I like beautiful stuff that works, and I like things that are made to last.

Only strap in the world that comes in 145cm as standard
Which length is right for you? The camera should rest on your hip/belt.
125cm is the 'best length' for most people, but I make a 145cm as well. Most cameras comes with an all-to-short 90cm strap.
Here is how the different lengths look on a 6 feet tal person (180 cm):
