In the first newsletter covering this years Copenhagen Fashion Week as seen through the eyes of three Leica M9 shooters and one videographer, we start off with the last show of them all
Friday at 22.00 is the last show of the Copenhagen Fashion Week, and that is where we begin this newsletter. The scene is set in an abandoned factory building, and the close to thousand people who have found the remote venue through the rain and wind, are waiting outside to get in after they arrived by taxi, bicycle, limousine or press bus.
We are inside, and "we" are three Leica M9 photographers, Birgit Krippner from New Zealand/New York, Tue Juelsbo and Thorsten Overgaard from Denmark. Also around somewhere is Morten Bo Johansson, a Danish videographer who is filming with Leica R lenses on his Canon 5D Mark II.

Unlike any other fashion show at this fashion week, this one has been offering tickets for sale in the weeks up to the show (75 dkr or 15$ a piece). Inside will be awaiting the type of fashion show that draw the first movers, the fashionistas and the fashion people from other brands to a hard-to-find location as this. "What will Henrik Vibskov be showing?" is the question.
The title is "The Eat Show AW11" and has been preimered in Paris two weeks prior to this show.

"Anders?" he reads from the sheet while he looks the model in the eyes as if he wants to see if he is up for this, then smiles abruptly and pad him on the shoulder before he look down for the next name in line.
Less than two hours before "The Eat Show AW11" Henrik Vibskov is on the runway directing details. At the end of the show the models will sit down and eat and drink by a long table. Photo: Thorsten Overgaard, Leica M9 with 50mm Summicron-M (II) f/2.0
